Photocells are a mandatory element of an automated gate that ensures user safety and protects against damage to vehicles.
A reflective photocell emits a beam of light that reflects off an object and returns to the detector in the sensor. When an object is present and reflects light, the detector registers this reflection.
The device is compatible with every Somfy drive except Axovia 220B RTS and Elixo Optimo RTS.
